PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1996 - Present	Griffiths, Castle, Goyette & Dekker Serving as Special Master and Mediator pursuant to court appointment and/or stipulation throughout Northern and Central California.
1994 - 1996	Law Offices of Thomas F. Castle Served as Special Master and Mediator by court appointment for cases venued in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin, Solano, Sonora, Santa Clara and Yolo Counties.
1990 - 1996	Served as a Mediator for the Contra Costa County Superior Court SMART and EASE Programs. Conducted dozens of arbitrations both through court appointed programs and private selection.
1986 - 1994	Rockwell, Castle & Cason Lead counsel for contractors and/or developers in hundreds of construction defect cases. Participated as counsel in over 100 multiparty construction mediations and arbitrations. Provided coverage opinion analysis relating to construction defect issues.
1977 - 1986	Kincaid, Gianunzio, Caudle & Hubert Managed a variety of liability cases including construction defects, personal injury and products liability. Specialized in construction litigation since 1983. Acted as trial counsel in several lengthy multiparty cases in the Bay Area.
